StepOne
Customers simply trigger a callback by calling to a pre-assigned phone number and hanging up after the first ring. The call is never completed so the caller is not charged for that call by the local phone company. This triggers the callback.

StepTwo
When the callback system receives the call, Global Callback recognizes the called phone number and performs a look up of the callers registered callback number. The system then initiates a callback immediately from the United States to the customers phone overseas.

StepThree
When the caller answers the callback, he/she is be prompted to dial the desired destination phone number, and the call is then connected. Both calls are originated in the united States at low callback rates.
