GlobalPhone is seeking a Customer Service Specialist.

GlobalPhone has been in business since 1995 and serves a wide variety of domestic and international clients, including resellers, US government agencies, associations, corporations, consumers and wholesale distributors. GlobalPhone services are marketed directly to end-users as well as through wholesale distributors that use GlobalPhone’s web-based technologies.
Services include Hosted PBX Service, SIP Trunking, Conference calling, Fax to email, international callback, and calling card services.
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented person with excellent PC skills, communication skills, and a professional telephone manner. Being bilingual is a plus.
