Xacti, LLC and its related companies has used Global Phone since 2009. Initially it was to lower costs and simplify routing of calls between our inside to our outside contract call center. As we expanded our ability on what we could do with Global Phones platform we added extension to extension dialing to our Czech Republic development office. When we brought a high call volume product we expanded beyond even what Global Phone could dream the system could do. We surpassed 100K minutes then 500K minutes then 1M minutes. We brought on phone numbers by the 100s. We routed these calls to our India outside Call centers, exceeded 2M then 3M minutes. Our largest volume has been over 6 Million VoIP minutes and over 1600 U.S. and Canadian toll Free Numbers. Global phone has done this with an eye on our bottom line, packaging services to pay the least cost possible. We have configured the systems to do our bidding in reporting and routing. Then team has, though sometimes taxed, dealt with us professionally and carried out the tasks needed with a mind for timeliness and urgency.
