Stephen McCarthy – President
Steve is a principal and co-founder of GlobalPhone. Steve has over 30 years of experience in the systems integration and telecommunications industries. He has worked for TRT Telecommunications, Raytheon Data Systems, Oracle Complex Systems and Federal Data Corporation in operations and new business development prior to founding GlobalPhone. Steve earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Information Systems from the George Washington University.
Guy Jazynka – Chief Operating Officer
Guy is a co-founder and principal of GlobalPhone since 1995. He started his career in international trade which led him to the international callback business. Guy identified the need for cost-effective international calling services from first-hand experience while working in the import/export industry for over 10 years. Callback service was the original service provided by GlobalPhone at its inception. Guy earned a BS in Political Science from West Chester University.
Aida Loomis – Director of Customer Service
Aida brings over 15 years of experience in customer and sales support with telecommunications and wireless communications companies to GlobalPhone. Her previous experience includes Frontier Communications, Microwave Data Systems and Adaptive Broadband. Aida holds responsibility for all aspects of order administration, and customer and technical support. Aida received her BA in History from the University of Miami and an MBA in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
David Hartig – Director of Finance
Dave joined GlobalPhone in 1998 as Controller. Prior to GlobalPhone, Dave spent 10 years as a general manager in the hospitality industry. Dave received his BBA in Operations Management from the University of Iowa and a BS in Accounting from Strayer University.
Cesar Reyes – Director of Engineering
Cesar has over 25 years of experience in the systems integration and telecommunications industries. He has worked for NCR Corporation, Falcon Microsystems, Oracle Complex Systems in operations and information technology prior to joining GlobalPhone in 2001. Cesar earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
Mark Greeley – Director of Provisioning
Mark has over 15 years of experience in customer support and service with special emphasis in telecommunications provisioning. Mark oversees the implementation and rollout of GlobalPhone¹s Hosted PBX service, including switch programming and configurations, phone number and 911 management. Prior to joining GlobalPhone in 2005, Mark has lent his experience to Professional Insurance Agents Association and Outdoor Power Equipment Institute. Mark holds degrees from Virginia Tech and The University of Cincinnati, with additional post-graduate coursework completed at Florida State University.
Leo Devinney – Director of Technical Support
Leo joined GlobalPhone in 2007 and is an expert in network troubleshooting, SIP messaging and VoIP phone configuration programming.
Farheen Taj – Provisioning Manager
Farheen joined GlobalPhone in 2006 and is an expert at provisioning phones and call flows on Broadsoft and Netsapiens switch infrastructures as well as numerous interconnect carrier platforms. She has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering in India.
John Weaver – Technical Support Engineer
John joined GlobalPhone in 2007 and is an expert in network troubleshooting, SIP messaging and phone configurations.
Keiko Takai – Routes and Rating Manager
Keiko has managed our least cost routing since 2000 as well as keeping our Japanese customers happy. She has BA degrees from both George Mason University in Virginia and Baiko Gakuin University in Japan and is a secret fan of Hello Kitty.
Sue Watts – Customer Support Engineer
Sue has an extensive career with PBX phone systems including 5 years at Mitel in Sales Administratration and 14 years at Inter-tel, Administrative Manager. She joined GlobalPhone in 2011.
Glenn Watts – Customer Support Engineer
Glenn has been solving customer problems for GlobalPhone since 2009. He is a graduate of Florida International University 1994.
Daniel McCarthy – Customer Support Engineer
Dan supports our corporate calling card user base and hosted PBX customers. He has a BA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Juan Olivieri – Senior Hardware Engineer
Juan keeps all our servers, networks, generators and other facilities in good working order and goes on the road to install networks and phones. He attended George Washington University, Washington DC and is a scratch golfer.
